The Place:

DEESHA is a place where employment exchange begins. Companies & Individuals Search each other for forming a relationship as Employer & Employee.

 

The Need:

there are lot of portals, placements agencies, paper advertisements, consultants, councilors, word-of-mouth, employee reference and others options available in the process of recruitment and employment. But a common link for all to come together for searching each other is missing, and hence a need of a common point was felt and is created in the form of DEESHA.

 

The Objective:

to support job aspirants, students, HR & Placement agencies and employers for bridging the gap between the three by making collaborative efforts jointly to help each other in data and information exchange among themselves.

 

The Purpose: 

DEESHA is creating a database and databank of individuals and organizations, freely available to the industry, recruiter, candidates and placement agencies for ease in the recruitment process as additional support of the current process.

there are different services available for student and job aspirant for temporary job, summer job, freelance job, contract job, training cum recruitment, full time job, entrepreneurship or self employment.

 

The Candidates: 

The kind of vacancies available in industries are immense which includes Permanent Staffing (through  Customized Staffing, Turnkey/ Green Field Recruitment, Head Hunting Lateral Sourcing) or Contractual Staffing (Contract to Hire Staffing & Express Staffing), Vendor On site etc. each needs a links to reach the right potential candidate.

 

The Services: 

In addition to maintaining a freely available data bank of job aspirants, employers, and recruitment agencies, DEESHA intends to train the available “raw” candidates for better employability for bridging the gap between the industry expectations and the available knowledge level of candidates.

 

The Methodology:

DEESHA adopts a co-ordination, collaborative efforts in making the recruitment process simpler. It takes support from industry, recruitment agencies, trainers, senior officials and subject experts as well as academicians and institutions to bridge the gap and train fresh blood in employability.
